This week NZ Planning Institute released the full programme for its annual conference ‘Breaking New Ground’ in Tauranga in March 2018. See the Full Conference Programme.
I’m delighted to be speaking at the conference. My presentation will be on a topic which I think is important professionally but that can also help us personally. These days, everyone suffers from information overload. Our attention is pulled this way and that with busy modern life and the sheer volume of information available on the web. It is so hard to get the public to become involved in RMA processes, yet this is a cornerstone of good practice. I will discuss practicing in a world where attention is scarce at the conference in My Presentation – The Newest Scarce Resource: Professional Practice in the Attention Economy.
Hope to see you there!
