Step One: Digital Development Plan
You can undertake our questionnaire to identify what digital concepts and digital skills would most benefit your practice and work flows. In collaboration we then prepare a Digital Development Plan as your road map for your digital transformation.
Step Two: Book Modules
In step one, we will identify what training modules you may require. We currently have six modules which focus on different tasks in your workflow. Each has standard concepts and skills but can readily be adapted to individual needs. We can also design custom modules for those requiring other topics.

Step Three: Training Sessions
We come to your premises (or alternative venue if you prefer); in urban Auckland (or by Skype if you are elsewhere). After a short overview of the module learning goals, we spend about twenty minutes discussing digital concepts. We then spend about thirty minutes on practical skills and solutions for the problems which you face. The hour concludes with review and setting some challenges to put the new skills in place.
Step Four: Review
You can access extra coaching sessions (15 mins by phone) if required and/or checkins on your progress. You can revise your Digital Development Plan as your digital transformation unfolds.
