Standard Terms and Conditions for RMA Digital’s Promotions
|Acceptance of Terms and Conditions||By entering the competition or promotion each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
|Privacy||Under the Privacy Act 1993, all individuals have the right to access and correct their personal information by contacting RMA Digital by email at email@example.com.|
|Consent for Marketing Purposes||By agreeing to receive newsletters or other correspondence, recipients are deemed to have given consent for RMA Digital to contact them for marketing purposes.|
|One Entry per Person||Only one entry per person will be accepted per promotion as per the competition advertisement.|
|Invalid Entries||No responsibility will be taken for late/lost/misdirected mail or email, incomplete entries or entries with incorrect postage. Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry might result on the entry being invalid.|
|Entry by closing date||Only entries received by the closing date specified in the advertisement will be accepted.|
|NZ entrants only||Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. Employees and families of employees of RMA Digital are not eligible to enter the promotion.|
|RMA-related professionals only||The promotion is targeted towards RMA-related professionals in New Zealand. In order to make use of the prizes, the winner needs to be working in a profession involved in this industry. RMA Digital may decline to provide services as prizes to entrants who are not in this industry.|
|Consent for Publicity||RMA Digital will not use winner’s names, photographs or interviews for publicity purposes without the winner’s express consent.|
|Data in Entries||All entries become the property of RMA Digital and data collected may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.|
|Platform not associated with competition||This promotion may appear on RMA Digital’s social media platforms however these platforms such as WordPress, Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest and Google+ are not associated with the competition in any way.|
|Prizes and Draw|
|No cash value of prizes||The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
|Standard T&C of Services||All prizes which involve a service are subject to the standard terms and conditions of supplying that service (see RMA Digital website).
|No travel included||RMA Digital reserves the right to offer the services via remote methods (e.g. Skype or telephone) if the winner is not located in metropolitan Auckland. The prize does not include travel for the winner nor does it oblige RMA Digital to travel to the winner to provide the service.|
|Prize Details||Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon request.|
|Winners draw||Winners will be drawn at RMA Digital’s premises. Winners will be drawn by random prize draw from valid entries.|
|Decision final||Decisions in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.|
|Notification of winners||Winners will be notified by email within 15 days of the draw.|
|Unclaimed prize forfeited||If a prize winner cannot be contacted within 10 days, that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.|
|Loss or damage arising from prize||Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, RMA Digital and related entities are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prizes.|
|Results not guaranteed||RMA Digital is not responsible for the winner not achieving the intended results from the services offered as prizes. As with all education services, the service provider will provide best endeavours but cannot be responsible for a lack of result from the winner undertaking the service.|
